For most residential jobs we use your property's water supply via an outdoor tap. For jobs where water access is limited or for large commercial jobs we can arrange alternative water supply - just let us know when booking.

We take care around garden beds, lawn edges, and plants. For surfaces adjacent to sensitive vegetation we use soft washing techniques and appropriate treatments that won't harm your plants when used correctly. We'll discuss any concerns during the pre-job walkthrough.

Yes. If you can provide photos of the surfaces you want cleaned and a rough measurement or description of the area we can provide an accurate quote remotely. For larger or more complex jobs a site visit may be preferable.

Light rain generally doesn't affect pressure washing results - in fact some customers prefer it. We don't work in heavy rain, storms, or high winds for safety reasons. If weather causes a cancellation we'll reschedule at the earliest convenient time.

Very little preparation is needed. Just make sure we have clear access to the area being cleaned, close any windows and doors adjacent to the work area, move any pot plants or furniture off the surface being cleaned, and have an outdoor tap available. We handle everything else.
